6. Submitting a request
Requests should be made on Form 2 prescribed by the PAIA Regulations and emailed to legal@leamhq.co.za. We will respond within 30 days, subject to the grounds for refusal set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA.
7. Fees
A request fee and access fee may be payable in accordance with the PAIA Regulations. We will quote the fees, if any, when acknowledging your request.
8. Remedies
If your request is refused, you may apply to the Information Regulator or a competent court for relief.
9. Updates
This Manual is reviewed annually or when material changes occur.
